ImpactDent shot just 40 percent from the field during Wednesday's narrow win, but he went the length of the court and hit an and-one layup with 2.7 seconds remaining to put New Mexico ahead by two points. The sophomore out of California tied Jamal Mashburn as the Lobos' leading scorer, finishing with 16 points, along with three boards and three assists. Expect Dent to continue performing down the stretch as New Mexico now sits at third place in the Mountain West Conference standings.
