Shy Odom - Sits out MEAC tourneyOdom (undisclosed) did not take the court in any of the three games of Howard's MEAC Tournament-winning run.
ImpactBoth Odom and Dom Campbell (undisclosed) were out for the MEAC Tournament, and their availability for what will presumably be a play-in NCAA Tournament game is in question with little details known. Odom was a starter to begin the season before missing an 11-game stretch to start the season, but he had recently re-gained that role prior to the MEAC tournament. When healthy, the second-year win had been averaging 8.7 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists, making him a highly useful depth piece for a Howard team that relied heavily on its starters in Saturday's 70-67 victory.
