It doesn't seem like something that is going to be a problem moving forward, but it at least explains the limited minutes late, especially given the blowout nature of the contest. Fellow forwards Adama Sanogo (20 points) and Akok Akok (12 points) seemed to pick up their scoring a bit as a result.

Impact Sanogo picked up right where he left off last season and that's in the paint. He went to work down low and finished eight of his nine makes at the rim. His 20-point night is a career high is impressive considering his struggles scoring last season where he averaged 7.3 points per game. If he can find consistency on offense to combine with his great defense from last year where he ranked second on the team in blocks, UCONN's frontcourt could have another stud.
