Ja'Kobe Walter - 49 points over last two gamesWalter amassed 23 points (9-19 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and one steal in 30 minutes during Tuesday's 98-79 victory over Cornell.ImpactIt was an up-and-down non-conference season for the highly-touted freshman, so it is positive that he'll head into the conference schedule on a high note. After starting the year averaging 19.2 points through the first five games, Walter hit a rough stretch over the next six, averaging just 10.3 points on 35.7% shooting from the floor. However, Walter has now gone over 20 in his last two, averaging 24.5 points on 54.5% (18-for-33) shooting including 50% (9-for-18) from beyond the arc. He's also posted 6.5 rebounds, including a season-high nine on Tuesday, along with 4.0 assists per game during that stretch. That's the Walter fantasy managers would love to see on a more consistent basis as the conference season begins.
