He averaged 20.2 points during his 2022-23 season, albeit as a member of Northern Colorado, who struggled in that campaign's Big Sky Conference. But by reportedly impressing over proven Volunteers like Zakai Zeigler (10.7 points, 5.4 assists averaged in 2022-23) and Santiago Vescovi (12.5 points, 3.1 assists averaged in 2022-23), perhaps Knecht can continue to provide an excellent scoring pace for Tennessee's 2023-24 team.
