Impact Rivera has missed the last three games for the Minutemen, but he'll return for the first round of the A10 Tournament against La Salle. That's big for UMass, as the forward is an every-game starter who averages 11.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 steals.

Impact Rivera is a JUCO transfer from Odessa College in Texas with three seasons of eligibility remaining. It was unclear how he would have factored in on a team like the Billikens loaded with returning talent, but he should see opportunities next year provided the recovery goes as planned.
