Nick Sherod - Season-high 20 points FridaySherod racked up 20 points (7-12 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and two rebounds across 25 minutes during Friday's 87-84 loss to Davidson.

ImpactSherod has now scored in double-digits in consecutive contests. He's coming off of the bench for the Spiders in his return from a second torn ACL, a role that doesn't seem likely to change over the final two months. With that role paired with minimal peripheral production, Sherod is far more valuable to his school than fantasy managers.

Jacob Gilyard - Scoring binge continues vs DavidsonGilyard produced 28 points (8-13 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 7-9 FT), four rebounds, five assists and three steals over 38 minutes during Friday's 87-84 loss to Davidson.

ImpactGilyard erupted for a season high here, while adding useful numbers across all categories. The NCAA career steals leader has really taken his defensive prowess to the next level, as his three steals here were a six-game low. We called Gilyard's low scoring season out two weeks ago, encouraging managers to buy low, and it's looking awfully prophetic. The Spiders upcoming schedule has peaks (La Salle and Duquesne) and valleys (VCU, Rhode Island) on the horizon, but Gilyard seems to have regained his offensive confidence.

Luka Brajkovic - Double-double at RichmondBrajkovic amassed 13 points (5-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds and five assists in 33 minutes during Friday's 87-84 victory over Richmond.

ImpactBrajkovic has now posted consecutive double-doubles, giving him three on the season. While it hasn't been a true breakout season for the senior, he's averaging personal bests across the board, posting 13.2 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 blocks to date. Those numbers work nicely in most formats for a center. A matchup with defensive VCU looms twice in the Wildcats' next three games however, so there should be a small pause in his usefulness.

Dji Bailey - Ruled out FridayBailey (ankle) will not play Friday against Davidson, John O'Connor of the Richmond Times-Dispatch reports.

ImpactAfter rolling his ankle in practice, Bailey is set to miss his first game of the season Friday. The sophomore guard is averaging 2.1 points in 8.2 minutes off the bench this season. His next chance to return is next Saturday against La Salle.
