Michael Savarino - Facing DWI charge Savarino's status for Tuesday's game against Gardner-Webb is unclear after he was charged with DWI on Sunday, Steve Wiseman of the Raleigh News & Observer reports.
Impact Savarino's absence for Tuesday's game or any future contests won't change Duke's plans significantly, as he's made a single three-minute appearance through three games this season after receiving a total of two minutes last season. The bigger question for the Blue Devils is the status of star freshman Paolo Banchero, who was in the car and was charged with aiding and abetting DWI.

Impact The fact Banchero wasn't behind the wheel most likely will help his case if/when it comes to a possible suspension being dished out by the team, but his status for Tuesday's matchup against Gardner-Webb is very much uncertain at this time while the school continues to review the matter from a legal standpoint. Banchero leads the Blue Devils in usage rate through the season's first three games and is expected to be a lottery pick in next summer's NBA Draft. His absence would open up more shots for a lot of other Duke players, though it is worth noting the Blue Devils will still be heavily favored in their next three contests, with or without the star forward. The real question is whether any prospective disciplinary action would last through the Nov. 26 matchup against a No. 1-ranked Gonzaga team.

Paolo Banchero - Another strong game Banchero finished Saturday's 67-56 victory over Campbell with 18 points (7-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), seven rebounds, one block and one steal over 33 minutes.
Impact Banchero is already living up to the hype that has them as a potential first-overall pick in next year's draft, and he has at least 18 points and at least seven boards in each of his first three games with the Blue Devils. Given his impressive skill set, some kind of regression is not expected for the star freshman.

Jeremy Roach - Back-to-back 14-point games Roach supplied 14 points (6-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, four assists and one steal across 38 minutes during Saturday's 67-56 victory over Campbell.
Impact Roach had a slow start to the season but bounced back quickly and has registered 14-point games in each of his last two contests. While he's not likely to operate as Duke's main scoring threat on a nightly basis, he should be a competent fantasy performer.

Mark Williams - Afterthought against Campbell Williams contributed zero points (0-1 FG), one rebound, one assist and one block in six minutes during Saturday's 67-56 win over Campbell.
Impact It doesn't appear as if any injury was in play here, so this was likely just a case of the 7-0 Williams getting his minutes managed against a smaller, quicker Campbell lineup. When this is the case, it appears Paolo Banchero will see more time at the five, with Theo John also available in a reserve capacity. It's certainly not a narrative that causes optimism for fantasy players, but one that will be worth keeping an eye on with a couple softer, non-conference matchups ahead on the schedule.

Wendell Moore - Plays through early injury Moore totaled 15 points (6-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, five assists and three steals across 33 minutes during Saturday's 67-56 victory over Campbell.
Impact Moore went down with an injury early on in this contest, per Stephen Wiseman of The Raleigh News & Observer, but he was able to return, and it didn't affect him much the rest of the way out. Through three games, Moore sports the second-highest usage rate on the Blue Devils, reaching double figures in both scoring and field goals attempted in each contest. Despite an influx of freshman talent, Moore is on pace to set career bests in most major counting stats this year.

Impact Moore was all over the court for Duke in this one, leading the team in points and assists while ranking second in rebounds. Moore might not have the hype of Paolo Banchero, but there's no question he's going to be one of the big weapons for the Blue Devils on both ends of the court, but particularly on offense.
