Misses game SaturdayDowuona was not on the bench with the team for Saturday's 69-53 loss to Duke because of a stomach bug going around the team, The Woldpacker reports.
ImpactHead coach Kevin Keatts mentioned before the game that there's been a stomach bug going through the team which is why Dowuona was missing from the bench. The 6-11 freshman has had a minimal role in his inaugural season so his absence isn't a significant loss for the Wolfpack. Hopefully he'll be feeling better before Wednesday's game against Pitt.

Scores team-high 13 pointsMoore scored 13 points (5-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) while adding three rebounds, three steals, an assist and a block across 23 minutes in Saturday's loss against Duke.
ImpactMoore was one of three NC State players that scored more than 10 points, and he took full advantage of his second start of the campaign. With Braxton Beverly (back) as a game-time call for Wednesday, however, it isn't out of the question to imagine Moore remaining in the lineup for the team's next game at Pittsburgh.

Impressive shooting performanceHurt delivered 24 points (8-10 FG, 6-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and a block across 26 minutes in Saturday's win at NC State.
ImpactHurt's impact was mostly tied to his scoring figures, but he was incredibly effective in that department -- he only missed two shots and tied his season-high mark of threes with six. He has now scored 20-plus points in six games this season and is firmly entrenched as Duke's main scoring threat.
