ImpactBoyd verbally committed to Florida Atlantic during 2020. He averaged 14.6 minutes across 23 games before redshirting the Owls' 2021-22 season. But now, Boyd is expected to play and score more as part of their starting lineup. Both happened across his first 10 games following 2022. While averaging 24.9 minutes, Boyd logged a 10.3-point rate.

The 5-11 senior came off the bench for the first time all season and struggled to find his shot for most of the night but is a big reason why the Blazers have a real shot at winning the Conference USA tournament come March. For the year, Walker is averaging 23.2 points per game, which is good for third in all of college hoops right now. He'll look to stay healthy down the stretch and continue to be the focal point on offense.

Javian Davis - Back from suspension ThursdayDavis (suspension) returned Thursday and finished with seven points (3-5 FG, 1-1 FT), five rebounds and an assist across 18 minutes in a win over FAU.

ImpactDavis was one of two players who was suspended for the Blazers last Saturday versus Rice, but returned to action Thursday to help pull off a nice upset win over No. 19 FAU. The Mississippi State transfer has been a solid rotational piece off the bench this season, averaging 6.9 points and 4.7 rebounds in 16.3 minutes per contest.

ImpactBrewer was suspended last Saturday, although it didn't matter much, as the Blazers easily got by Rice. The 6-7 senior returned to the fold Thursday evening and was able to help hand FAU their first loss since Nov. 11. Brewer has seen his minutes go up and down throughout the season and is averaging 6.1 points and 3.4 rebounds over 17.5 minutes per contest.
