ImpactThe Seminoles didn't have their best offensive performance, and while Fletcher's final stat line was decent with 11 points and a number of contributions in other categories, the fact that he needed 16 shots to reach that mark was concerning. Through two games (one start), Fletcher has racked up 20 total points but has gone a meager 8-for-25 from the field in that span. He needs to improve his efficiency in order to become a bigger offensive threat.

ImpactThe UCF transfer has started in each of the Seminoles' first two games and certainly delivered a better impression here, as he struggled in the opener with just nine points on 11 shots (3-11 FG). He was a regular starter in his first three years with UCF and that's not expected to change here, but he certainly have a good showing against his former team.

Naheem McLeod - Suffers Achilles injury in lossMcLeod played just six minutes Friday after suffering an Achilles injury could be sidelined for roughly 6-7 weeks, Matt Murschel of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

ImpactMcLeod suffered the injury midway through the first half and had to be helped back to the locker room. He later returned to the bench in the second half in street clothes and wearing a walking boot. The 7-4 sophomore joins an already crowded injury room for the Seminoles, who is already having their depth severely tested through the first two games of the year. Without McLeod in the mix, 6-10 freshman Cameron Cohen figures to step into the starting unit and has averaged 11 points and two rebounds in 27.5 minutes over his first two games.

ImpactFreeman was able to suit up after missing the season opener earlier in the week. The 6-6 junior averaged five points and 2.1 rebounds in 13.1 minutes per game last year and appears to be in line for similar usage off the bat in the new campaign.
