The sixth-year senior is averaging career highs in rebounds (6.5), assists (4.4), and steals (1.8). While that is all great to see, Shaver is also shooting career lows from the field (37.2), three-point range (25.4), and free-throw line (74.4). While offense has been a struggle at times, the Broncos have been elite defensively and that has people in Boise thinking they could potentially return to the NCAA Tournament. Shaver will look for a big game on Saturday against Colorado State, a team that has been one of the worst defensively in the Mountain West.
