Impact On the bright side, Polite led George Mason in assists, while also co-leading in rebounds. However, the junior guard struggled mightily from the field, shooting just 15.4 percent. The Maryland native was still able to score double-digits due to his work at the free throw line, but the Patriots can't afford for him to shoot so poorly. Polite's next chance at redemption will be tomorrow afternoon at Richmond.
