Hunter Dean - Provides steady hand in OT victory Dean accumulated eight points (3-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 34 minutes during Sunday's 83-81 OT win over St. Bonaventure. Impact Dean turned in a typically reliable performance, as his numbers were on par with his season averages. The senior forward doesn't typically lead GW to victories, but he does provide excellent support for players like James Bishop IV and Brendan Adams, who carry more of the scoring load. The only downside of Dean's day was shooting efficiency, as the Louisiana native's 42.9-percent clip from the field was significantly under his season average of 64.3 percent. Regardless, the 6'10 big man will have plenty of opportunities to work on that down the stretch, starting with a road tilt against Rhode Island on Wednesday night.
