ImpactStockard had started every game he appeared in previously, but it's not a huge surprise he was bound for a bench role in his first action since Dec. 15. The senior figures to retake a spot in the starting five in the near future, perhaps as soon as Friday's showdown with a tough St. Bonaventure team.

ImpactGiven that Stockard was in COVID protocols, his inclusion in warmups should pretty much signal his return to action Tuesday. The senior enters the night averaging 7.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists over 23.4 minutes per game in his 11 appearances so far and it remains to be seen if he will retake his spot among the starting five.

Levi Stockard - Game time decision TuesdayStockard (undisclosed) is expected to be a game-time decision on Tuesday, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

ImpactStockard has not played in a game since Dec 15th and has averaged 7.8 points per game on the season. Stockard's return would be a huge boost for VCU although it may be likely that VCU opts to rest him tonight against a weaker opponent where they probably won't need Stockard anyway.
