Impact Maxwell was able to make his season debut in a Dec. 21 contest where the team was short-handed due to health and safety protocols, but he wasn't spotted warming up Sunday against Louisville despite nearly a two-week break. While he was spotted in Tuesday's warmups, Maxwell didn't get in the game, as the Yellow Jackets used just eight players en route to falling to 0-3 in ACC play. This may simply be a case of Maxwell being on the outside looking in with respect to a rotation spot. His next chance to play will be Saturday against Notre Dame.

Impact It was the season debut for the fifth-year senior, who started 14 of a possible 25 games last year for the Yellow Jackets and posted a 6.7 ppg scoring average. Meniscus surgery ultimately cost Parham the first 11 games of the 2021-22 campaign, but he's back in action just in time for ACC play. Sunday's performance was likely just shaking the rust off, as he'll likely see an expanded role in the backcourt given time.
