Impact Erickson scored 11 of his 13 points in the second half to lead the way for the Utes. The senior reserve guard had failed to score in either of the previous two games but took advantage of the extra opportunities once the game was already well out of hand.

Breakout performance Thursday Erickson registered 15 points (6-9 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-3 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal in 23 minutes during Thursday's 79-66 victory over Hawaii.

Impact Erickson has stepped into a healthy workload after hardly taking the court throughout two prior seasons at BYU, but Thursday marked his first impact performance. Utah's rotation has been consistent this season, so it remains to be seen whether Erickson can continue stepping up as a scorer, or if Thursday was more of an aberration.
