His head coach Brad Brownell praised him for playing through the injury, telling reporters "It's hard because he's playing a lot of minutes and plays so physically. Probably doesn't have the greatest body for it all, he's not as athletic and agile as some folks, but he's gutting it out." The forward has yet to miss a game this season, but with his mounting injuries, it's safe to consider him questionable for Clemson's game against Georgia Tech on Jan. 14.
