Impact Mgbako was booked on charges of criminal trespass and resisting law enforcement, both Class A misdemeanors. He posted bond less than three hours later and has been released. Currently, the 2023-24 Hoosiers are expected to play two more exhibition games (on Oct. 29 and Nov. 3) before they begin their regular season. If he does not return by either of them, Mgbako's first opportunity to return becomes on Nov. 7 against Florida Gulf Coast.
