Impact Johnson has been sidelined for the previous 16 games due to a foot injury, but has recently returned to practice. While he has not officially been ruled out, it looks like he will only have three chances to suit up again during the regular-season starting with Purdue on Saturday. The 6-foot-3 senior averaged 9.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 1.2 steals across 25.2 minutes in 11 games this season.

Impact Johnson, who has missed the last 16 games with a foot injury, was able to participate in practice on Tuesday. The 6-foot-3 senior has appeared in 11 games this season, logging 9.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 1.2 steals on 25.2 minutes per game. Johnson remains a game-time decision ahead of Tuesday's matchup with Michigan State, but given his lengthy absence, he will likely be limited at best.

Impact Bates had shown some scoring potential from the bench but has averaged 2.8 points per game over his last eight contests after scoring 17 points in a Jan. 22 win over Michigan State. He'll need to step up soon if the Hoosiers are to get support from the bench in the final weeks of the season.

Impact Hood-Schifino has been one of the best first-year players in the Big 10, leading his team to four wins in their last five games. For the Hoosiers to survive in March, it will be up to Hood-Schifino to take on more of the burden from Trayce Jackson-Davis.
