Impact Slazinski is a player who has been eating up frontcourt minutes for head coach Rick Pitino since back when he was a freshman at Louisville in the 2019-20 season. He's been limited by an ankle injury for much of the 2022-23 campaign, which has resulted in him only appearing in seven games (three starts) out of a possible 16 contests for the Gaels. Slazinski appears likely to be granted a fifth year of eligibility, but in the meantime, look for Nelly Junior Joseph to take on an even greater role as the rotation tightens up.

Impact Despite the fact that Clayton was a backup option Sunday, fantasy managers should not be surprised if he is part of Iona's starting lineup soon. The sophomore has 16.1 points and 1.5 steals averaged across his 14 games started since November. Arguably, Clayton is Iona's best player now.
