Discipline unclear following arrest Wilson was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of DUI, Jesse Newell of the Kansas City Star reports. Impact Upon learning of the incident, coach Bill Self released a statement that included the following, "We are looking into the situation as we speak and will determine potential consequences with him once we have the rest of the details." Kansas is fortunate to have a deep enough team this season that it can survive a suspension of one of their wing players, though it's not immediately clear if that's the course of action the university intends to take. Wilson started 26 of 29 games for the Jayhawks a season ago, posting 11.8 points and 7.9 rebounds. He stayed back a season despite having legitimate pro potential, and the hope is that this incident is just a blip on the radar by mid-season.
