Impact Ruffin only managed to play in five games since Feb. 2 and is set to have a third surgery on his same knee over the last two years. The 6-5 guard had his first surgery in 2021 after suffering a dislocated kneecap and was hoping to return during the middle of the season before suffering a setback that required a second surgery which sidelined him for the entire 2021-22 campaign. Ruffin played in the first 19 games of the year and was showing signs of improvement before suffering another setback with his knee in mid-January. He will not have a firm timeline to return, however, head coach Tad Boyle did confirm that he would not be a full participant in summer workouts.
