Small has been absolutely huge for a West Virginia squad that lost star transfer Tucker DeVries early in the season, starting all 31 games for the Mountaineers while playing at least 30 minutes in all but two contests, averaging 18.5 points, 5.6 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals. Small has likely earned a first-team all-conference selection and will look to showcase his skills as the Mountaineers head into the Big 12 tournament and appear to be poised to hear their name announced on selection Sunday.
