Gonzaga's Joel Ayayi to return for junior season

Withdrawing name from 2020 Draft Ayayi announced Saturday that he will not be entering the 2020 NBA Draft and will instead return to Gonzaga for at least another season, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Ayayi's announcement to return to the 'Zags for the 2020-21 season is a huge get for Mark Few's program as they're already bringing in graduate transfer Aaron Cook and five-star recruit Jalen Suggs. The rising junior averaged 10.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.3 steals in just under 30 minutes per game last season. Gonzaga is also still waiting for a final decision from Corey Kispert as he continues to loom his draft decision. Kispert is expected to return for another season and if that's the case, Gonzaga will be a surefire powerhouse basketball program once again for the upcoming season.
