Seven boards in return to lineup Tshimanga had five points (2-4 FG, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, an assist and a block across 27 minutes in Monday's 55-52 victory over St. Bonaventure.
Impact It's still unclear what forced Tshimanga's absence Wednesday against St. Joseph's, but it looks like the senior is back in his regular role. More importantly, there do not appear to be any roadblocks to Tshimanga suiting up for the Atlantic 10 tournament, where Dayton will open against Rhode Island on Thursday.

Impact The senior center started all 19 games this season before sitting out last Wednesday's matchup with Saint Joseph's for unspecified reasons, but he's back in the lineup Monday. Tshimanga is averaging 6.8 points and 8.0 rebounds in 23.0 minutes this season.

Impact It was easily the big man's best game of the year. He's now pulled down 26 rebounds to go with 22 points in his last two outings, but had just three double-digit rebounds and three double-digit scoring outings throughout the season prior to this two-game streak. Not blocking many shots for his size, we'll need to see more from Tshimanga before he can be a trusted fantasy center.

Impact He's now averaging 10 boards through the Flyers first two games. You'd like to see more blocks, but at 6-foot-11, 278 pounds, Tshimanga is going to be a matchup problem on most evenings. He's playing 27.5 minutes for a rebuilding team that saw its bench earn only 29 total minutes. With center eligibility, Tshimanga has ample fantasy appeal.
