However, the junior guard can use this game as a bounce-back performance. He had gone scoreless in four of his previous five appearances, though he didn't play more than 11 minutes in any of those contests. Konieczny will aim to build off this performance when Notre Dame takes on Dartmouth on Wednesday.

Impact Konieczny was not expected to be a valued player of the Fighting Irish's 2022-23 season while they still have Dane Goodwin and Trey Wertz rostered. Both small forwards are seniors though. So when Konieczny is available again during 2023, he has an advantageous opportunity to be significant across the Fighting Irish's team later that year.
