Impact According to Hallie Hart of the Stillwater News Press, coach Mike Boynton relayed to media after the game that Tyreek Smith earned the chance over Boone because he had practiced better of late. Smith ended up seeing 10 minutes off the bench, finishing with three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 FT), two rebounds and two turnovers. This was a bit out of left field considering Boone had started three straight games, but it ended up being Moussa Cisse who reclaimed his job as the starting center Saturday. It remains unclear what type of alignment the Cowboys will use Tuesday against West Virginia, but it may not be safe to bet on any frontcourt option in the short term.
