Impact Carter continued his largely limited role for the Wildcats despite starting his 36th game in a row Saturday night. Over the team's four games in the NCAA Tournament, the 6-foot-3 sophomore averaged 7.3 points and 3.3 rebounds while playing 27.3 minutes per game. Carter averaged 6.2 field-goal attempts per game over the course of the season, though he could be in line for additional opportunities next season given that Kansas State's leading scorers Keyontae Johnson and Markquis Nowell are both expected to move onto the pro level.

Desi Sills - Logs 39 minutes in Elite Eight loss Sills contributed nine points (4-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), one rebound, two assists and one steal in 39 minutes during Saturday's 79-76 loss to Florida Atlantic.
Impact Sills played a season-high 39 minutes, as he saw more opportunities with Wildcats leading scorer Keyontae Johnson stuck in foul trouble for much of the game before he fouled out late in the second half. Sills returned an overall solid performance while starting for the ninth time in the past 10 games, though this wasn't enough to defeat the red-hot Owls. As a result, Sills' fifth, and apparently final, collegiate season will come to an end after transferring from Arkansas State last offseason. Over 35 appearances for Kansas State, the 6-foot-2 guard averaged 8.7 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists while shooting 44.9 percent from the field and 22.8 percent from beyond the arc.

Nae'Qwan Tomlin - Logs 14 points in Elite Eight loss Tomlin provided 14 points (6-11 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, one block and two steals across 33 minutes during Saturday's 79-76 loss to Florida Atlantic.
Impact Tomlin maintained his solid scoring production from the final stretch of the season, scoring double-digit points for the fifth game in a row. While this was not enough to keep the Wildcats from being knocked out of the NCAA Tournament moving forward, the 6-foot-10 junior averaged 12.0 points and 5.8 rebounds while shooting 57.8 percent from the field during this span. This represents a solid end to Tomlin's first season as the Wildcats' starting center. With the team's top scorers Markquis Nowell and Keyontae Johnson now set to move onto the pro level, Tomlin could be in line for an even bigger role in the 2023-24 campaign.
