Perfect from field in exhibition Johnson had 19 points (8-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five assists, four steals and three rebounds across 22 minutes in an Oct. 20 exhibition victory over Lewis and Clark. Impact Granted, Arizona was down two projected key players in Pelle Larsson and Oumar Ballo due to undisclosed injuries, but it was certainly noteworthy that Johnson drew the start, in addition to finishing second on the team in both points and minutes played. Johnson averaged 7.7 points and 5.0 rebounds last season as a full-time starter for an Aztecs team that made a run to the National Title game, and while the competition will presumably get a bit tougher upon the move to a power conference, he'll also get a significant tempo boost with Arizona, which should lead to more opportunities for counting stats. He's a fantasy sleeper worth keeping an eye on when Arizona plays its second exhibition contest Monday against New Mexico Highlands.
