Enters transfer portal Overton entered the NCAA's transfer portal Monday, according to Travis Branham of 247Sports.com.

Impact Overton is a 6-foot-5 guard who enrolled at Drake for the team's 2023-24 season. He was an important catalyst in helping Drake repeat as Missouri Valley Conference Tournament champions, an honor that helped the Bulldogs clinch a spot in March Madness. Overton did all that as a freshman as well, meaning he has three seasons of collegiate eligibility to further his credentials, the first with a possible enrollment at another school.
