John Hugley - Won't play ThursdayHugley (knee) will not be available for Thursday's game against VCU, Cale Berger of 93.7 The Fan reports.

ImpactHugley made his season debut in Wednesday's blowout loss to the Wolverines but will not be available Thursday night. The 6-9 junior suffered a knee sprain in early October and may not be all the way back in game shape to play consecutive days. Fede Federiko will return to the starting five in his place, while Hugley will try to return Sunday against Alabama State.

Fede Federiko - Back in starting fiveFederiko is starting Thursday against VCU.

ImpactFederiko came off the bench for Wednesday's game against Michigan but will reclaim his starting role with John Hurley (knee) unavailable Thursday. Over his first two starts of the year, Federiko averaged 9.0 points and 6.5 rebounds in 29.5 minutes per game.

ImpactBurton has been extremely consistent to start the season, as he's posted at least 10 points, five rebounds and two assists in each of his first three outings. His numbers won't be flashy, but he should deliver decent stats every time he steps on the court due to the fact that he's firmly entrenched as a starter for the Panthers.

ImpactHinson hasn't been able to repeat the impressive performance he had in the season opener when he delivered 27 points against UT Martin, but he has scored in double digits in two of his three appearances. He should be one of Pittsburgh's main scoring threats on a regular basis.

ImpactThe senior is only shooting 33 percent from the field through the first three games of the season after transferring from Colgate this summer. He also hasn't been able to rack up the numbers as he's scored in the single digits all three contests, That's surprising because he averaged 14.7 points in his final season with Colgate, and averaged double-digit points all three seasons with the Raiders. Expect more points and improvement in his field-goal percentage as he continues to get acclimated with his new team.
