Sits Wednesday with ankle injury Osborne did not take the court for Wednesday's matchup against Boston College due to an ankle injury, Curt Weiler of the Tallahassee Democrat reports.
Impact Osborne apparently has been dealing with swelling in the ankle since the Feb. 24 matchup against Miami, but the junior still came off the bench and logged 20 minutes the following game against North Carolina. With FSU heavy favorites for Wednesday's ACC matchup, giving Osborne a chance to rest seemed to just make sense. He should be considered questionable for Saturday's matchup against Notre Dame.

Impact Osborne was a game-time call Saturday after he rolled his ankle earlier in the week against Miami. He fortunately was available to play but came off the bench in favor of Balsa Koprivica after starting in each of the last four games. The 6-9 junior had averaged 8.3 points and 5.8 rebounds during his four-game stretch in the starting and those numbers were better than his normal average this season, so it'll be interesting to see if he gets another crack as a starter or if he'll continue to come off the bench moving forward.

Impact Osborne has scored in double digits five times this season -- all those performances have come over his last eight games -- and he tied his season-high output of 12 points for the third time this year. He ended just one rebound shy of putting up his second double-double as well, and he's certainly trending in the right direction following a slow start to the season.
