Carter Gilmore - No action TuesdayGilmore (coach's decision) did not see the court in Tuesday's 74-70 victory over Maryland.
ImpactIt was just the second time all season Gilmore failed to get off the bench, and the first was injury-related. The fourth-year forward was coming off a season-high 15 minutes Saturday against Iowa, but that was largely due to foul trouble among the starters, and even then, he produced just a point and two rebounds to go along with three fouls and a turnover. His regularly allotted playing time Tuesday went to Marcus Ilver, but Ilver was 0-for-2 from the field in only seven minutes of action, so it's not as if Gilmore's replacement did enough to make this a pattern. In any case, Gilmore is merely a non-fantasy-relevant depth option in the Badger frontcourt.
