Impact Thompson was unable to suit up for Tuesday's contest versus South Florida due to a minor foot injury, but it sounds like the issue isn't severe enough to hold the freshman out for a second straight matchup. Thompson will likely continue operating in his limited role off the bench for the Minutemen during Friday's meeting with the Crimson.

Impact Cross was expected to be a part of Massachusetts' starting lineup before an undisclosed problem prevented him from playing on Nov. 7. During the 2021-22 NCAA season, he averaged 8.6 points and 5.7 rebounds across his nine games started. Reggie Luis will be a backup indefinitely.
