Impact Hoggard had been on a strong streak of five consecutive starts, over which he averaged 8.8 points and 6.6 rebounds in 25.6 minutes. He was moved to the bench Tuesday in favor of Tyson Walker, as Hoggard had been experiencing symptoms of a non-COVID illness. Walker did appear to tweak his knee in the matchup despite logging 29 minutes, so hopefully Hoggard will be healthier and available to play more minutes as the Spartans close out the regular season with matchups against Ohio State (Thursday) and Maryland (Sunday).
