A.J. Hoggard - Plays through pain in loss Hoggard chipped in 17 points (8-17 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, 10 assists and two steals over 34 minutes during Saturday's 75-70 loss to Purdue. Impact Hoggard went to the locker room after rolling his ankle early in Saturday's matchup, but he returned to the floor and played a season-high 34 minutes after Tyson Walker sustained an ankle injury of his own. The sophomore stepped up by leading the team in scoring and assists en route to his second double-double of the season. Walker's status for the NCAA Tournament is unclear, but Hoggard should continue to see increased usage if Walker is unavailable next week.
