Impact After being called into the starting rotation, McDaniel stepped up to the plate as a scorer, playmaker and monster on the defensive end finishing with a team-high three steals. The freshman was also very efficient from the field missing only one shot. With a strong performance against a Big Ten opponent, expect him to receive more playing time as the season moves along.
