ImpactAfter being called into the starting rotation, McDaniel stepped up to the plate as a scorer, playmaker and monster on the defensive end finishing with a team-high three steals. The freshman was also very efficient from the field missing only one shot. With a strong performance against a Big Ten opponent, expect him to receive more playing time as the season moves along.

ImpactHenley continues to struggle from the floor, starting every game but scoring over six points on just one occasion. Until the Gophers collectively find their stride, Henley hasn't offered much to be impressed with.
