Chico Carter - Working through tendinitisHead coach Lamont Paris said Tuesday that Carter has had some tendinitis issues, Michael Lananna reports.
ImpactCarter, who's started and received at least 22 minutes in every game he's suited up for this season up until Tuesday night, was on the court for just 12 minutes versus the Bulldogs. It's since been revealed that the 6-foot-3 senior is dealing with tendinitis and that was the reason why he saw such limited action during Tuesday's 66-51 defeat. It's currently uncertain how much Carter will be held back moving forward, but expect him to once again take on a lesser role in Saturday's matchup against Arkansas, given he's made available.
