Impact LSU was supposed to be the Rams' last non-conference opponent before opening up A-10 play against Saint Joseph's on Dec. 30 but now they'll have a full 10 days to prepare with Tuesday's game being canceled. Hyland has been a scoring machine all season long and recently just came off a career-best 31 points in the team's most recent win over Western Carolina.

Heating up for Rams Hyland had 31 points (11-17 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three assists and two steals across 28 minutes in Tuesday's 93-68 victory over Western Carolina.
Impact Hyland shot only 36.4 percent from the field over his first give games, but has since caught fire, shooting 55.3 percent over his most recent three contests. The sophomore accumulated 30 or more points in two of those contests. He has yet to take less than a dozen shots in eight games this season, so that type of volume will allow him to be a steady contributor even on off shooting nights.
