Leaving Washington to go pro Carter announced via Twitter Friday that he is leaving Washington to pursue a professional career.
Impact Carter was unable to do any team activities during the fall after he suspended for violating the student code of conduct. His suspension had no timetable for return, so an outcome like this seemed very possible. Washington will miss a talented starter from last season that averaged 12.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 1.4 three-pointers per contest. Quade Green will have to shoulder even more of the load offensively the rest of the season for the Huskies.
