ImpactMitchell played fewer than 10 minutes for just the second time this season, as he's seen his playing time hit a sharp decline since mid-February. Over the last 11 games, the freshman forward is averaging 1.6 points and 2.3 rebounds while playing only 11.5 minutes per game despite starting all of these contests. Mitchell is now in a true backseat role behind fellow starting bigs Timmy Allen and Dylan Disu as well as reserve Christian Bishop. Expect Mitchell to continue seeing extremely limited playing time when Texas takes on Xaver in the Sweet 16.
