ImpactLove put up his second-highest scoring mark of the season and his highest for a game in which he did not start. The freshman guard has averaged 7.7 points and 15.3 minutes played while coming off the bench in all but one of 12 contests this season, though he's logged at least 20 minutes during both of the past two games with guards Adam Flagler (illness) and LJ Cryer (concussion) each sitting out once. While Flagler did return to the starting lineup Wednesday, Love could be in line for increased playing time again if Cryer remains sidelined against Iowa State on Saturday.

Keyonte George - Continues prolific scoringGeorge produced 21 points (5-13 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), six rebounds, four assists and two steals across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 85-56 victory over Nicholls.

ImpactGeorge has now logged more than 20 points in four of 12 games this season. The freshman is second on the Bears in scoring (15.6) this season, sitting just slightly behind senior guard Adam Flagler (16.1). However, George is still looking to establish his consistency as a scorer with just a 39 percent field-goal percentage on 12.8 attempts per game. This shooting inefficiency could become a bigger problem once Baylor begins Big 12 play versus Iowa State on Saturday.

Flo Thamba - Continues limited scoring roleThamba finished with four points (1-1 FG, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and two assists in 19 minutes during Wednesday's 85-56 victory over Nicholls.

ImpactThamba has been the Bears' top rebounder this season with 5.2 per game. However, he's been limited from doing much else on the offensive end, attempting an average of just 2.3 field goals across 22.2 minutes per game. Thamba's role on the boards and down low figure to become more important when Baylor tips off its conference schedule against Iowa State on Saturday.

Dale Bonner - Starts again WednesdayBonner registered four points (1-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, six assists and three steals in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 85-56 win over Nicholls.

ImpactBonner started his second game in a row despite the return of point guard Adam Flagler from an illness. Instead, Bonner started in place of shooting guard LJ Cryer (concussion). While he continued to function as an effective distributor with a team-high six assists, the senior still played a relatively insignificant role as a scorer. Expect both Bonner and fellow backup guard Langston Love to see increased playing time again should Cryer remain out against Iowa State on Saturday.
