Impact Pittsburgh celebrated Senior Day on Saturday and gave a start to Sibande over junior Blake Hinson, who is expected to reclaim his usual role again in March. Impact Sibande notched his second-best scoring performance of the season despite coming off the bench, and he bounced back after a streak of five games in which he couldn't score more than seven points, including two in which he went scoreless. He's capable of putting up solid scoring numbers, but Sibande can't be trusted in fantasy due to the inconsistency of his performances on a game-to-game basis.

His fantasy upside won't be very high if he continues to come off the bench, but there's no question he's trending in the right direction.

Impact Sibande has come off the bench in each of his first five appearances this season in what has been his first games since suffering a torn ACL in the 2020 campaign, and while he wasn't exactly efficient in this game, this has been his best performance of the campaign by a wide margin. That said, Sibande is expected to continue coming off the bench, meaning these scoring outbursts are not likely to happen on a regular basis, especially after he went scoreless in each of his previous three appearances.

Impact Sibande was forced to miss the entire 2021-22 season after sustaining a torn ACL in a scrimmage in November, but he is still not fully healed. The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 6.9 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists two seasons ago, and will hopefully be cleared to begin playing basketball soon.
