Avery Anderson - Questionable against North TexasAnderson (wrist) is questionable before Oklahoma State's game Monday against North Texas, according to Jacob Unruh of The Oklahoman.
ImpactAnderson had a protective cast around his wrist for a while, but it will be taken off Monday. There is a possibility he can return when Oklahoma State plays its quarterfinal game of the 2023 National Invitation Tournament.

Oklahoma St. earns 71-60 victory over E. Washington in NIT

Led by Bryce Thompson's 22 points, the Oklahoma State Cowboys defeated the Eastern Washington Eagles 71-60 in the NIT

Bryce Thompson - Explodes in NIT winThompson notched 22 points (8-16 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 0-1 FT), two assists and two steals across 35 minutes during Sunday's 71-60 win over Eastern Washington.
ImpactThompson scored more than 20 points for just the third time all season as the Cowboys continued their run through the NIT. The 6-foot-6 junior has been the team's best scorer all season, and his production only increased down the stretch of the season. Thompson averaged 13.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists over the 10 games leading into the NIT, and he's now scored in double figures in each of Oklahoma State's first two games in the postseason tournament. Expect Thompson to continue carrying the load for the Cowboys' often spotty offense.

Tyreek Smith - Logs second straight double-doubleSmith ended Sunday's 71-60 victory over Eastern Washington with 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 32 minutes.
ImpactSmith recorded his second consecutive double-double after failing to do all season leading up to the start of the NIT. The 6-foot-9 junior has moved up into the starting lineup alongside Moussa Cisse, as Kalib Boone and Woody Newton were conversely downgraded into bench roles. Over these five contests, Smith is averaging 8.8 points and 9.6 rebounds while playing 26.4 minutes per game -- all of which are markedly higher than his season averages. He's also shooting 54.5 percent from the field during this span, making him a very solid fantasy option to invest in so long as Oklahoma State survives in the NIT.
