Impact Farrakhan has essentially been in limbo since the start of the season while waiting for the NCAA to rule on an eligibility waiver for the two-time transfer. While it doesn't appear a decision was ever handed down, he may no longer need a waiver following Wednesday's court ruling. A double-digit scorer at Eastern Michigan in back-to-back seasons, Farrakhan would provide a boost to a West Virginia offense with woeful shooting numbers so far this season. It's unclear yet if the school will be confident enough in the ruling to allow him to suit up in WVU's next game, which is scheduled for Saturday at Massachusetts.
