Impact Horchler started the final nine games last season for the Friars, averaging 11.3 points and 8.7 rebounds over that stretch. It appears he's back in his role as the starting power forward and has already been productive out of the gates. He and Nate Watson should continue to rack up numbers in the Providence frontcourt, especially in a desirable matchup against Sacred Heart this Thursday.

Impact Horchler started 13 of a possible 26 games in his first season with the Friars last year, and early indications are that he's beat out South Carolina transfer Justin Minaya to maintain the starting power forward position. All five starters were in double figures in a matchup against one of the top projected teams in the country, with Horchler contributing across multiple scoring categories. As a result, he could be a player worth monitoring in Big East-only formats.

Continue inconsistent form in loss Horchler posted nine points (2-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block through 32 minutes during the 73-61 loss to Connecticut on Tuesday.
Impact Horchler has been in a weird form lately. The forward choses every game which category to produce in and only focuses on that category. He bounces between points and rebounds and can't produce in both simultaneously. It isn't to say that he is not producing, but his shooting efficiency is off and he struggles to stay in form. Monitor his play moving forward.
