Shut down with groin injuryMaker will be shut down for the foreseeable future due to a groin injury, Tramel Raggs of the Washington Post reports.
ImpactCoach Kevin Blakely revealed Friday that Maker's mobility has been limited recently due to a nagging groin injury. He'll be shut down indefinitely to allow him time to fully recover. Maker averaged 11.5 points and 6.0 rebounds over 23.5 minutes per contest through his first two games with Howard.
