ImpactGibson led the Sooners with 13 shot attempts. The offense ended up flowing mostly through the frontcourt with Jalen Hill and Tanner Groves, however. Gibson and Elijah Harkless should be pretty safe as the wing starters this season, unless freshman guard C.J. Noland starts to get cooking. OU will take on UTSA on Friday next.

ImpactGroves and new teammate Jalen Hill looked like a strong front court duo, as they combined fro 30 points and 17 rebounds. There isn't a lot of depth in the frontcourt behind them, so they should both see significant minutes in 2021-22. Groves will look to lead his team to a win on Friday against UTSA.
